Product: HP media Smart Server

I’ve me had a hp Media Smart server sitting in a spare bedroom, in-touched in many years. 
what ever  happen to it?

is it good for anything?
the case is solid - can it be used for anything

 

What  was the last update to the server?
Can anything be done with it? Server? Software?
