HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Using the HP Smart App I can print any of the HP related reports and pages, but I cannot print any of my own documents. Doesn't matter if I do it from outside of the app or with it. Nothing happens. It shows the document in the print queue.

Take a look at the clearing and rebuilding the Print Queue / Print Services

Check / Adjust the Temp Folder permissions in your account.
