Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've connected my laptop using the Quickpair App to my wireless monitor however it won't let me project. It keeps saying Connecting and HP Wireless monitor error.  any ideas please?

Be sure you are running WPA-2 or better with your home router.  I am not a network expert but if running an old protocol WiFi possibly the monitor refuses to connect.

Hi, we did try this using the YouTube video but it is still a problem.

As it's the Bluetooth connection would the Wifi even be involved here?
