Can't connect to the wireless network

HP Recommended

I am not able to connect to a wireless network, I tried all possible solutions but still not able to access internet. 

Can you help me please 😞

I have lost my wifi connection on my HP2010 Desk top computer

I have tried unsuccessfully to restore 

It had been intermittently dropping recently and I managed to fix but not this time

The usual symbol that usually represents wifi at foot of screen has ben replaced with an outline of desk top screen

Can anyone help please, I've tried everything I can think off

To better assist you - May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
