Hi @Dave1059

Welcome to the HP Support Community! Thanks for posting your query!

We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thanks for flagging this—let’s get to the bottom of it together. To understand what’s happening and guide you accurately, I’ll need a few more details:

  1. Device model: Which HP desktop or laptop are you working with?
  2. Operating system: Are you using Windows 11, Windows 10, or something else?
  3. Current state: When you power on the device, what exactly do you see? Does it boot into Windows at all, or is it stuck at a black screen, HP logo, or something else?
  4. How are you trying to install the network drivers? Are you using a USB drive, recovery media, or something else?
  5. Any recent changes? Did this issue start after a reset, OS reinstall, BIOS update, or hardware change?
  6. Do you have access to another working PC? This can help with downloading tools or drivers if needed.

Once I have this info, I’ll walk you through the most effective steps to get you back up and running.

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
