Can't turn on Bluetooth

HP Recommended
ENVY 23-d119
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't enable Bluetooth after updating to Windows 10 as there is no switch to enable it. The Ralink driver on the HP website won't install because it says I'm on the wrong version.
