Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a 2016 HP All in One Desktop. I recently reset it to factory settings because I got a new computer. Now I can see all networks in the area but not my own. I have reset the modem and routers and updated drivers. I have no problem connecting with any of the other devices in the house, including this one before reset.

@pamstolen -- if you open the Windows "Device Manager", is the WiFi adapter showing as OK, or is there a "red-X" or "yellow-triangle" beside the detail-line for the device?
