I cannot connect to the internet via wired connection but I can connect another computer using the same modem and wire. All diagnostics indicate network adapter is working just no internet avail but it is. There are 2 lights on the card. One solid and one blinking. It is a Realtek Adapter I uninstalled and re-installed and driver is up to date. It worked fine yesterday and I did not install any updates.

Please download and install the following driver/software first
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp95501-96000/sp95676.exe
Hope this helps otherwise:
Have you tried a different cable ? Please use a CAT 6 cable.
What are the color of two lights ?
What is your router ?
Regards.
