I cannot pair my Jelly Comb Bluetooth mouse on my system. But it will pair with a laptop my wife owns. I have run Driver Easy to check for missing drivers. It says I need to update my Bluetooth Module with one released this year (2021). I cannot find this driver no matter how I phrase the search. Can someone get me to where the updated driver for this module is available for download and installation?

Hmm
You hadn't indicated that, just that it was working with another computer, but not yours.
You did not specify that other peripherals were working!
I don't know if this changes anything, but it would indicate that your Bluetooth is Working, not what I thought at first
The usb adapter, would be an option, but would that change the problem, I can not say now ..
In the given links, and search for drivers, finally this did not help?
You may know the difference between the module of Madame's laptop and the one I indicated, a different standard may be?
The problem with the adapter, you lose a usb port, so if there is a way to make it work that would be better
Unfortunately, I have nothing to try on my side

check this
Troubleshooting a Bluetooth connection in Windows 10
unfortunately after checking your computer, it is not supported under windows 10, so no drivers here!
I suggest you try the scan here
Find your drivers. Analyze your PC and your blue screens.
You have an old card of this type obviously
802.11 wireless b/g/n & Bluetooth 3.0 half-length PCI-Express Mini card
may not be possible to update for windows 10
In this case, I suggest you get a small usb bluetooth compatible Windows 10 ..
Easy to install, inexpensively

If the mouse is compatible, your computer is obviously not 100% compatible with Windows 10
it would probably work if you had the original version, with the correct driver, which does not seem to be the case?
If the Bluetooth of the computer, does not work correctly, it may be compatible with Windows 10, it does not work.
so if your Bluetooth can't work the usb stick seems to be the most simple

Good point. But so far, I have my android cell phone working with the Win 10 "Your Phone" app. It paired right away. I also have an iClever BT keyboard model: IC-BK10 paired with my computer. Both work very well. If this new BT mouse isn't compatible, would you have some idea of why the other BT devices work ok?
The USB option may be what I will use, if I keep this mouse. I have a shipping label from Amazon to send it back for a refund. The thing is, I would still like another BT mouse, but am leary of ordering another one because the next one might not work either. Any recommendations?
Thanks very much,
Dave

I want to thank you for all your helpful suggestions. I was able to find the newest drivers for this problem, but installing them made no difference.
My computer was received new with Windows 7. Over the years, I have applied each new Win version, since they were free, and updates. But, like me, it is getting old. This system can't even be upgraded to Windows 11. So, for now I will be happy with what I've got. When I can't stand it anymore, I will likely get a new system.
Again, I thank you for your time and efforts trying to help me with my system.
Blue skies,
Dave
P.S., I clicked "accept as solution" but nothing happened.
