- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Are you connecting to a Hotspot network or a Home network?
- Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps:
- Type Troubleshooting on the search bar and click Troubleshooting under Settings.
- Now type Network adapter in the search option.
- Click on the Network adapter to run the troubleshooter.
