Hi @TaraNew,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're having trouble sharing your screen on an HP All-In-One PC, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can take.

Check Software Settings:

  • Ensure that the software or application you're using to share your screen (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype) has the necessary permissions to access your screen.
  • Look for screen-sharing settings within the application and make sure it is enabled.

Update Graphics Drivers:

  • Outdated graphics drivers can sometimes cause screen-sharing issues. Update your graphics drivers to the latest version. You can usually do this through the device manager or by visiting the official HP website and downloading the latest drivers for your specific model.

Restart Your Computer:

  • Sometimes, simply restarting your computer can resolve software-related issues. Restart your HP All-In-One PC and try sharing your screen again.

Check for Updates:

  • Ensure that your operating system is up to date. Updates can include important fixes for various issues, including screen-sharing problems.

Use a Different Browser or Application:

  • If you're experiencing issues with a specific application, try using a different one. For example, if you're having trouble with screen sharing on Zoom, try using Microsoft Teams or Skype to see if the issue persists.

Disable Antivirus/Firewall:

  • In some cases, security software such as antivirus or firewall programs may interfere with screen sharing. Temporarily disable these programs and check if the issue is resolved. Remember to re-enable them after testing.

Check for Third-Party Software Conflicts:

  • Some third-party software can conflict with screen-sharing features. Try closing unnecessary background applications and see if the problem persists.

Hardware Acceleration:

  • Some applications use hardware acceleration for graphics. Try disabling hardware acceleration in the settings of the application you're using and see if that resolves the issue.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
