Product: HP Pavilion Elite HPE-500f Desktop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

NO idea if this is the correct 'board' or not, but......

Current set-up is Cat-6 cable from desktop (original W7 updated to W10)

to AX11000 router;  another Cat-6 cable from router to modem.  

Soon replacing desktop with new ENVY (2x2 /Bluetooth 5.2 /Mu-Mimo).

Is it beneficial to also replace the Cat-6 cables with new Cat-8 cables??

CAT8 should be backward compatible. You are asking Bluetooth with CAT6/CAT8 cables. BT does not use cable.
