Compatible Wi-Fi + Bluetooth M.2 2230 upgrades

HP Recommended
HP OMEN 870-224
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I currently have an Intel Dual-Band Wireless AC 3168 card installed in my PCIe x2 M.2 2230 slot on a Odense2-K motherboard. Are there some Wi-Fi + Bluetooth cards that I can upgrade to?

Hi:

You should be able to upgrade to this model...The Intel 9260 AC has 4x the throughput of the 3168AC and Bluetooth 5.

You need to get the non vPro edition.

Will the Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 work as well?

I'm pretty sure it would.

You would need the non-vPro model of that one too...

Is there supposed to be a difference between getting a vpro and a nonvpro?

I don't know what the difference would be if you bought the vPro card, except to say that your PC does not meet the Intel vPro specs.

If it did, there would be a vPro indicator on the Intel processor sticker on your PC's case.

Only some HP business-class PC's meet the Intel vPro specifications.

Since I gave you the link to the non-vPro card, I have made the purchasing decision easy for you.
