Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My printer has stopped identifying my computer and visa versa.  They are on the same network.  I have run trouble shooting scans and fixes on both devices and it just won't connect.  I have restarted the router as well.

 

Any suggestions?

@Sterling001 -- are both devices showing, on the device, that they have a good wired/wireless connection to your router?

 

Can you logon to your router, to view, from the router's point-of-view, which devices, namely the computer & the printer, have a valid connection to the router?

 

Can you "factory-reset" the printer, and repeat the "first-time setup" ?
