Product: Inkjet 8720
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have my printer connected to my desktop computer with a cable. Now I am getting messages that I need to connect it wirelessly. Can I use BOTH wireless and cable connections? I connected it with a cable because it frequently went offline. Also, I would like a link for instructions to set up a network. I have an HP laptop, desktop and printer.

Yes, you can connect both USB and wireless. You can use USB for 1 computer and use computer a print server and wireless for many others
