I can't connect my headphones "JBL-UA Project Rock True Wireless" as a password is required, and neighter 0000 nor 1234 works.
I've done all troubleshooting I can, updated everything I can think of, and had endless contact with the manufacturer of the headphones.
All ohter devices I've connected via bluetooth has not been a problem.
See pictures.
Greatful for all help as I prefer using PC to mobile phone due to my eyesight.

Please ask JBL what is its number ? Number acts like a password to allow them to "talk". Without a right number, computer can't connect.

Well, they only advised me to try 0000 or 1234...
They could not offer any other solution.

Just a guess here...

Many BlueTooth devices have a certain button sequence that places them into "pairing mode".  Does your headphones specifiy this need?
