HP Pavilion p6-2176s Desktop PC
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Internet provider outside cable was disconnected for a few minutes- HP Pavilion desktop windows 7 now can’t connect. Received DNS error.

Wi-Fi is working nothing through Ethernet cable.

I just realized that I tried to switch to wi fi so tried to switch back to Ethernet connection and it’s asking for a username and password???

 I tried using the airport express router username and password but it didn’t like that… what do I use to reconnect via Ethernet cable?

sorry hard to understand you
where are you exactly?

If you have an internet provider, you should have a username and password
if the one that is written on the box does not work, it is because you probably have a personal one, how do you connect with the WIFi, do you have any identifiers?
