Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-4103dx (ENERGY STAR)

I am connected to wifi, but my computer cannot connect to internet. It is working fine on my phone and other devices and I have also tried connecting to wifi at my work. It does the same thing: it says I’m connected to wifi but when i go on the internet it says the site can’t be reached or no internet connection. My phone and everyone else’s devices at work are connected to the wifi just fine. The tech guy at my work said my computer is not reading DNS, but not sure how to fix it. Please help!!

When i run windows network diagnostics it says  your DNS server might be unavailable. I’ve tried troubleshooting it by following steps from a different community post i screenshotted but it says it’s unable to because media is disconnected
