Not sure how it happpened.
Been having trouble with the internet. Have Spectrum. They provided me with a new modem. It has worked well for a while. Wheh it acts up it never seems to affect any other product. I have two Televisions, a lansline and a desktop computer also connected. About a week ago , I started having issues a gain. The laptop claims to be connected but when I try to go to some websites, one drive included, I receive a message claiming "this site can't be reached.
Does someone know what could be wrong? And, if there is something I can do to fix it?
Please advise.
Thank You,
Edward Ramirez

If your HP 15s-fq0000 laptop is experiencing internet connectivity issues, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
Restart Your Laptop: Sometimes, simply restarting your device can resolve connectivity issues.
Check Wi-Fi Settings: Ensure that Wi-Fi is turned on and your laptop is connected to the correct network.
Run Windows Network Troubleshooter:
- Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
- Find Internet Connections and click Run.
Update Network Drivers:
- Open Device Manager.
- Expand Network adapters.
- Right-click your Wi-Fi adapter and select Update driver.
Restart Modem and Router: Unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds, then plug them back in.
Check for Windows Updates: Ensure Windows 11 is up to date by going to Settings > Windows Update.
Disable VPN or Firewall Temporarily: Sometimes, VPNs or firewalls can block internet access. Try disabling them temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.
Reset the Network:
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced network settings.
- Click on Network reset.
Hope this helps!
