Hi good afternoon 

I’m having problem connecting to my WiFi 

after I turned on WiFi I’m not seeing the network name pops up at all 

can you help

what is the computer model?
Is it new, is the problem recent, perhaps following an update?
Can you bring the computer and the internet box closer together?
