I mistakenly pushed in the USB button.

How do I get it back so I can go wireless?

Hi @Hampton108,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

You can switch your HP ENVY 6065e All-in-One Printer back to wireless mode by following these steps.

Restore Network Settings

Reset the Network Settings on the printer:

  • On the printer’s control panel, press and hold the Wireless button (📶) and the Cancel button () together for about 5 seconds until the Wireless light blinks.
  • This restores the default network settings and enables wireless setup mode.

Reconnect to WiFi using HP Smart:

  • Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
  • Click Add Printer and follow the instructions to reconnect it to your WiFi network.

Use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to Switch to Wireless

  1. Connect the printer to your computer using the USB cable temporarily.
  2. Open a web browser and type your printer’s IP address (find it from Printer Settings or HP Smart).
  3. Go to Network Settings > Wireless and enable WiFi.
  4. Disconnect the USB and restart the printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
