HP 190-0300IL INDIA DESTOP FREEZES AFTER  CONNECTING TO WIFI HOTSPOT OF MOBILE AFTER.

FOR A WHILE IT WORKS FINE THEN FREEZES AND A BLUE SCREEN APPEARS WITH QR CODE SAYING NEEDS TO RESTART BUT DONT RESTART, IT FREEZES.

@SHAAN25SUNIL I suggest you attach the screenshot of the error code or write to us about the same, so we know exactly what we are dealing with, that said, here's a few steps you could perform to rid the blue screen error page: click here for details.
