HELLO

When accessing my WPS  to compose a letter. An Alert showed I have OUTDATED Drivers in my Windows 10.  I don't understand this. If I didn't receive Alerts I would never know I would have anything "Outdated" I would assume HP Support would send me an Alert regarding this.

Thank You

Hi:

If you are getting any popup alerts regarding needed updated drivers, then most likely it is malware that is doing that.

Run a virus scan of your PC, and/or ignore any driver alerts unless they come from Microsoft Windows Update or the HP Support Assistant (if you have that program installed on your PC).
