Hello I have a deskjet 2710 that I use on my windows 10. And I always have to disconnect my Wifi before I can use the printer. I’ve tried soo many times to fix the issue using your instructions and the virtual agent but still I can get the issue fixed, and it always annoying to have to disconnect the Wifi even when I have to download the documents for printing.
Please help me.

@AfEAfe -- how do your computer and your printer communicate?
Are they both configured to connect to the same WiFi network, as provided by your cable-modem, or to different networks?
Or, do you have a USB-cable to directly connect the two devices, when you initiate a print request?
