My computer isn’t recognizing my wireless router. All of a sudden, one day, it just kicked me out of the connection and won’t recognize it at all now.

Follow this document which will lead you to a guided troubleshooter, which will provide you step by step instructions. By the end of the document I'm sure the issue would be resolved. 🙂  

 

This should do the trick for you.Please perform all these steps patiently as it is critical to resolving the issue.

Hi -

 

I’ve went thru this automated process and nothing fixed. It starts out as a diognostic check for a laptop, whereas I’m having difficulty with my desktop. Then it asks me to find the frequency bar ofnwhich I don’t have one. Problem still an issue.
