I would like to upgrade my pc with an Intel AC-9560 wireless network card. Is my motherboard compatible with M.2:CNVio interface?

Greetings,
Welcome to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
Your PC's motherboard has a M.2 WLAN socket. HP does not specify the type. HP usually uses (Key A) M.2 slots for WLAN. Key E and Key A may be compatible.
You should probably contact HP Support on this.
Intel specs for this device (Link) specify a key E M.2 socket on a M.2 2230. It looks like you are looking at the M.2 2216 device.
