Does the HP Z4 G4 Desktop Not Have Bluetooth?

I was trying to connect some Bose Bluetooth Headphones but couldn't fine the switch for Bluetooth. After looking under the Device Manager I see there is not Bluetooth Device. Does this tower really not have Bluetooth?

Maybe not.   I would guess from the description that different options are available at purchase.

Specifications indicate one option for built-in Bluetooth:

If you have the requisite hardware, the following might work for the driver:

Intel PROSet/Wireless for Bluetooth Technology Driver for Windows 10

OR

Get yourself a little Bluetooth dongle and use that in one of the USB ports.

My Z4 G4 also did not come with Bluetooth or wireless LAN.  You will need to install a card or dongle to get Bluetooth.
