So i dont know if this pc has Wireless networking or Bluetooth yeah not much just asking

It does not come with built in wifi or bluetooth, as there is no parts listing for either device.

 

You can easily add wifi and bluetooth to your PC by purchasing this model adapter, or a similar one, where it indicates both wifi and bluetooth...

Considering the age of that PC, it is difficult to say for sure, but it does not appear to have either of those options.  Check in Device Manager for those devices.  They may have been added after purchase or they can be added as USB devices, if you need them.

Also can you tell me what bios im running off of ive never updated it 

 

and what does NX stand for and should i enable it

HP never released any BIOS updates for your PC, so whatever version BIOS is installed is all there is.

Apparently, enabling NX is not necessary unless you get an error while trying to install Windows 8.

If the PC is working fine, I wouldn't enable the setting.
