You need to install the Broadcom NetXtreme BCM5751 Gigabit Ethernet driver for Windows XP.
This is the driver you need for that hardware ID:
Broadcom NetXtreme Gigabit Drivers for Microsoft Windows XP
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp42001-42500/sp42470.exe
Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file that shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted:
%OEM3_DEV6A1% = BCM5750A1.Inst, PCI\VEN_14e4&DEV_1677&SUBSYS_3005103c
