Hi HP.

I purchased HP Elitedesk 800 G5 in unknown condition which came with Intel® I219LM Gigabit Network Connection .

I can not manage network to work.

I changed LAN cables, and  none of the lights on the LAN port lights up,and network not working.

I tried both drivers Intel and Microsoft one (which Windows installed) still not working.

What to do?

Is it possible that LAN chip is malfunctioning/defected and physically damaged?

I don't see any of the exclamation marks in device manager in network panel.
