I keep getting an error message OXB8D9766 when I try to print. The printer shows busy, but nothing ever prints. This is a wireless system hookup and up until a week ago, everything was fine. Suggestions?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
- Have you tried making a copy on the printer and check if that works?
- Check if the print carriage moves freely.
Power resetting the printer and updating the printer firmware may resolve this issue. Let us try these steps:
Step 1: Reset the printer
1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
2. Wait at least 60 seconds.
3. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
4. Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
5. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Step 2: Update the printer firmware
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
Step 3: Turn off IPv6
From the home screen on the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.
Touch Network Setup, and then touch Advanced Settings.
Turn off IPv6, and then touch Yes to confirm.
Let me know how this goes.
