Hey would love some help resolving this issue. My desktop can only connect via WiFi. My Ethernet adapters were uninstalled somehow. I've been struggling with this issue for a while now and only found out that the adapter themselves were removed recently. Is there anyway I can reinstall this adapter(s) and drivers or am i unable to use Ethernet connection on this device from now on?

Hello
it is important to specify, confirm the model of the computer
It could be this one
HP Pavilion 690-0034
but there are other close references like for example:
HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-0034nl
check product number 3LB47AA
And it is not the same motherboard
Then, is it the integrated ethernet ..
Can you say, if it has disappeared completely, we must find in the device manager a driver, not installed, an error ...
If the device is no longer present, it is no longer detected, in this case it might be impossible to solve!

Click the Start button. Type cmd and right-click Command Prompt from the search result, then select Run as administrator. Execute the following command: netcfg -d. This will reset your network settings and reinstall all the network adapters. When it's done, reboot your computer.

My serial number is: [Personal Information Removed]
My product number is: 3LB47AA#ABA
I checked my network properties and it shows that my Ethernet's (Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller) status is "not present"
Considering that what can be a next course of action?

I would like to be sure, if the network is not detected at all, there is not much possibility
You can not reinstall a driver for a peripheral that is not detected!
Give me a capture of the device manager like this:
I have disabled the device, to show what it can be in case of error!
But if there is nothing at all, the problem can be irreparable, the network being integrated, it will probably be necessary to find another solution to replace it!
