Hi team,

We recently purchased a couple of HP Elite Tower 600 G9 Desktop PCs, which came with Ethernet Connection 17 I219-LM. We are experiencing an issue where the internet disconnects. The machines receive the correct internal IP, but browsing is not possible. The Ethernet indicator light shows bright orange and green. We used 802.1X authentication, but even after removing it, the issue persists. When using an external Ethernet adapter, the connection works fine. Why is the built-in Ethernet not working? Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this and how to resolve it?
