I have a pc p6-2014. my upload speed is 1.15 . i think the ethernet port into the computer is not working. what should the lights be on the port? I lights on my high speed modem are bright green and lights on my computer connection is blink yellow

IDK if this is universal but green typically signifies 1G, whereas yellow indicates 10/100M.
Upload speeds are dependent on the ISP and the price tier subscribed to. 1.15 is not very fast but if you have a DSL, that might be expected. Check with the ISP to see what the connection should be able to deliver for what you are paying.
