Hi. I have this laptop and when I connect it to the WiFi my internet connection is perfectly fine. When I connect it via ethernet I have no internet. In Control Panel under Network and Sharing Center it shows the network I'm connected to. I have tried various different cables to no avail. I have other computers plugged into the same switch and they are still connected to the internet. All Windows updates, Bios updates, and drivers are up to to date. The port lights are active.
