Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HELP, PLEASE HELP: I am having an issue as I can't get my newly built PC online. I know it is the drivers that need to be added but I learned I need to have windows 11 to do so. How can I create a recovery windows 11 to add to new hard drive and also, how can I add drivers without internet or windows 11 pro without internet? Please help me as I need to get this pc online ASAP> Thanks to anyone and all that can advise.

When you say "newly built" is this a HP model or a home built?  If a HP, please post the model number.

If this is a home built - what is the motherboard name and model.  Normally there is information from the motherboard maker and the listed drivers.
