HP Recommended

Please help suddenly my wifi won't connect. It wants me to update the network adapter but how am I supposed to do that without it being able to connect to wifi..... and I have to pay to call for customer service what a joke. Help me please

Try rolling back the WiFi adapter driver assuming it is not grayed out like mine below

If you cannot roll it back then please provide the Product ID of your system and i might be able to find the proper driver.  Win10 or 11?
