HP 230 Keyboard serial number - keyboard broken

Hi - bought a HP 230 wireless keyboard and mouse combo in Jul-23 from Amazon UK. The space key has stopped working . The Serial No is not recognised on the HP website so I cannot get any assistance/replacement.

Can you please advise?
