HP 260 G2 DM (2KL55EA)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear friends,

I bought new HP 260 G2 DM (2KL55EA). Everything is working well except off WiFi. However, my Ethernet is working well just WiFi is not working.

I downloaded drivers from official sites of HP and I made sure that I downloading driver for correct product and for correct device. Although the installation finished successfuly, nothing changed and the WiFi is still not working. I rebooted computer many times using Restart or Shut down.

If anyone can help me I will be really happy. I really need to make the WiFi work. Without it is unfortunately useless for my work.

Thank you very much for all your tips and help.

Hi:

Not all of the 260 G2 DM's come with built in wifi.

I'm looking at the parts list for the product number you posted, and no internal wifi adapter nor antenna kit is listed.

Here are some specs I found from a reseller's website and it also does not list that product number coming with built in wifi.

The easiest thing to do to add wifi capability to your PC, would be to purchase an external USB wifi adapter.
