HP Recommended

Hi,

My HP 975 keyboard just loses connection after sitting for a few minutes and wont wake up when i hit the keys.

It is fully charged.

Does the same when it is plugged in to charge.

Does the same  via bluetoooth and the dongle.

Also my serial number is not recognised by your system.
