I keep seeing this very same problem reported, for several years, and have never seen a workable solution.

The issue is that only my HP pc has problem with my internet.  My other laptops, smart phones and Roku TV have not such issue.  There appears to be a big problem with HP laptops/all-in-one pc and AT&T wifi.  And both AT&T and HP keep operating on the assumption that it is the other companys issue.

First off, I have working in IT support for 30 years.  I have tried all of the obvious things to check about getting my wifi up and running.  Is there an updated driver from HP that will fix this problem?  The frustration will result on having to get a different brand of PC, or a different ISP.  I would welcome input on others who have experience this same problem and what solution you may have found to fix the issue.

 thanks,

@msmccune -- the AT&T WiFi is a connection between your computer and your AT&T-provided modem.

Can you purchase something like:

   https://www.amazon.ca/Network-Wireless-Adapter-Booster-Repeater/dp/B07WXRHJLD/ref=sr_1_13

at a local computer-store, for under $5 ?

If so, connect this device to your computer, disable your built-in WiFi adapter, and connect to your router via this WiFi adapter.  Does it work much better?
