I just moved from CA to Arizona.
I’m setting up my Desktop Windows 10 all-in-one & will not connect to my Wifi (Century Link)
I followed all instructions suggested (online & diagnostic reset).
All my other device are all connected (iPhone, IPad, Laptop, Amazon Tablet) no problem
I am getting frustrated now.
any help please
thanks for assistance

Can it see the router or not ? If not probably it does not support 5.0GHz networks. You have to allow your router to broadcast DUAL bands, it will see 2.4GHz network and allow you to connect.
Regards.

Hello Banhien,
thank you for your response. I am not very tech person. How do I check the router dual bands to check 2,4GHz if it does not support 5.0GHz network. Appreciate if you can guide me on this. Your desperate friend, Selah
