Microsoft Windows 11

I recently purchased an HP CS10 wireless mouse and encountered a strange issue. After inserting fresh batteries, the mouse started auto-scrolling in a square pattern on my Windows 11 system. I've tried restarting the system after uninstalling driver, checking battery placement, and ensuring no nearby interference, but the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced this with the CS10 mouse on Windows 11, and what steps did you take to resolve it? Any insights or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated!
