@q1-_2w -- is your printer's networking (WiFi and/or Ethernet cable) working?

If so, try this:

  1. hold-down the Windows key (bottom-left of your keyboard)
  2. tap "R" key
  3. release the Windows key
  4. into the small window that opens, type CMD and press ENTER
  5. into the large black window, type  ARP -a  and press ENTER
  6. do you see the IP-address of the printer, and its MAC-address ?

Something like:

Interface: 192.168.0.10 --- 0xa
Internet Address Physical Address Type
192.168.0.1 00-cf-d8-f4-1d-23 dynamic

In my case, my computer's IP-address ends with ".10", and my cable-modem's IP-address ends with "0.1".

There should be another entry for your printer's network adapter.

Or, are you sure that the label on the bottom/back of the printer does NOT show the MAC-address?

I hope this helps.
