HP Device Manager 4.7
Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older

Hi

I am testing HP Device Manager (Version: 4.7.3610.29597) on two thin clients (HP t530). I have set up a Master Repository using Shared Folder Settings and successfully Tested it (using Test Button).

I can successfully use varoius Tak Templates on the devices, Messages, reboot, update agent etc..

However i get the below error when using _Capture Image Task...

2018-10-31 07:53:46 [Error code: 1083392] [Module: Agent] [Category: Other HPDM workflow error]

2018-10-31 07:53:46 [Error Details]: Capture image to the Master Repository.
Failed to upload CaptureTest.ibr to /Repository/Images/image_capture_result_test1_1.
Failed to execute CaptureImage task.
ErrorCode: 1083392, Error Info:  ..\..\Task\common\ImageTask.cpp@255: Failed to connect the shared folder.
..\..\Task\common\ImageTask.cpp@254: The network location cannot be reached. For information about network troubleshooting, see Windows Help.
..\..\Task\common\ImageTask.cpp@255: Failed to connect the shared folder.
..\..\Task\common\ImageTask.cpp@254: The network location cannot be reached. For information about network troubleshooting, see Windows Help.

The task appears to work, rebooting device several times and creates the output image folder in my HPDM > Repository folder - but then returns the above error and no image is saved.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Many thanks

Kieron

Resolved: You have to tick the Cache capture checkbox
