HP Device manager 4,7 sp10 deploy/capture workflow error

Hi Commuity out there,

 

I am unbale to deploy or capture image from or to the client with the following error:

Even the FTP and shared folder test resut are completed successfully in HPDM as well as out of the HPDM testing like ftp with command line and by browse, So it seems not problem in file share.

Could you please provide me solution for this:

HP Device manager 4,7 sp10 deploy/capture workflow error

The test results indicate that HPDM Console and MRC are able to connect.  However, the thin client might locate in a different network, where DNS can be different from where your console locates.  You can try with a Shadow task to see if the repository can be connected from a thin client.
