Hi,
in early June I got an Elitedisplay e243d. I currently have an HP EliteX2.
after unboxing, I updated the BIOS, installed the most updated drivers and everything worked great for a few weeks.
Starting yesterday, the network adapter of the monitor just disappeared and one of the USB controllers failed as shown on the picture
the properties of the devices are below.
Everything else works fine, Webcam, Soundcard, Laptop charging... except the Network card.
I have tried uninstalling, installing, rebooting, updating drivers... nothing works..
Any ideas will be appreciated.

Howdy,
Thanks Rodrigogp, I'm experiencing the same issue with users in my organisation. Uninstalling the device, and Realtek networking drivers and waiting for a re-installing hasn't resolved the issue.
Regards

What worked for me for a while was to unplug the monitor from the power for a couple of minutes.. then it worked again for around 1 month ... and then the problem happened again. I did not try to unplug it again because I was already using a USB network adapter ...
I hope that this solves the problem for you.
