Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

2020 HP Desktop Envy i7 wireless keyboard intermittently stops working but the mouse does not.  Drivers updated and diagnostics are fine.

HP Recommended

Tried several times with new batteries.

It has been working for over 8 hours now, but I noticed I have not pressed the caps lock. It seems to stop working after doing so.
