I am computer consultant  for my client is Linda.   I have been investigate that her HP Envy Move computer.

Linda bought the HP Envy Move All-in-one Desktop with HP wireless keyboard & pad on last April 2024.   When she got troubleshoot against  BitLock Recovery screen.    I visited her place, because she trust me in many times.

I looking the Bitlock Recovery on screen,  I press the "ESC" button won't go...Until timeout itself power off.  I resume turn on power, I press "F10" won't go.  I checked a replace battery a keyboard with pad.  I tried it won't go.  I mention that keyboard unable access the wireless.  I bring my Logitech Wireless keyboard plug in it was working.   And my laptop get her Microsoft Account get access login and get Recovery key put enter number on the HP computer been resolved successfully.   She is grief and happy.

Now,  I ask QUESTION to HP agent....    You didn't test the HP wireless keyboard with pad for Recovery or Boot Menu, etc. was UNABLE ACCESS.  🤔   However a wireless keyboard still work when Windows 11 start login is ready.  I mention that  HP Employee were FAILED TEST and unprofessional job against customer been paid expensive for it !!!  😠

Like these keyboard with pad is failed won't access the Recovery or Boot Menu key.... Shame !!
