This desktop PC is under one month old. It has intermittent internet disconnection. At first I blamed it om my ISP, but there is a laptop that works fine and several apple devices, so I realized that the problem lies within this HP Envy TE01-2xxx. Is it Windows 11? The computer itself? How do I know?

Try this newer Realtek driver. Should work fine in windows 11
